This form enables you to subscribe to a recurring membership/subscription quickly and securely from PayPal. This means your membership/subscription will automatically renew each year until you cancel your subscription. Membership entitles you to 4 issues of the Lifeline Newsletter, voting privileges, admittance to seminars and access to CFS/ME information free of charge.  If you wish to subscribe to the Lifeline only without joining the Association, see subscriber fees below. Subscribing to Lifeline only carries no privileges of membership. A waiver of dues is available to those who are having financial difficulties. For Wisconsin residents and out of state people attending Wisconsin support groups.

Subscriptions created through PayPal on this page ARE recurring, and must be cancelled to avoid recurring charges. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Recurring payments are deducted or billed on the first day of each subscription period. Subscriptions cancelled in the middle of a subscription period remain active until the last day of the subscription period and then expire (no refunds are available for unused days during the subscription period).
